Dozer Days

Phew...This was awhile ago. When both Leif, and my Mom were at of town me and the kids stayed with my Dad. It just so happened that, that was the weekend of Nutter's "Dozer Days". My cool Dad took off from a shut down, and helped me out with Leify. There was no way I was going to be able to do all the stuff Leify would want to lugging around the Loafer Pies ;)

He waited in line patiently for his turn, and then walked right up and got on the operators lap. Not even a second glance was thrown in my direction. Two boys in front of him chickened out at the last second and went crying back to their parents....not Leify...he's a seasoned professional. ;) He even tried to work the joystick out of the guys hand, he was sure he knew what he was doing!

Leify and my Dad were able to take a ride in this dump truck, Leify talked about daily for weeks, and still brings it up every now and then.
