Anna Sophia was given a name and blessing today at church. Leif gave her an absolutely beautiful blessing. He amazes me sometimes with his sincerity, he has such an overwhelming love for his children. Sophie is such a gorgeous and sweet baby, her temperament is a lot like Leify. Both of them are very quiet, but extremely aware of their surroundings and a little particular in what they do and do not like. Oh, and if you didn't notice, she looks exactly like her Daddy! I just can' t compete with the Hasselblad DNA.
Sophie is gaining weight like a champ, and has a sleep schedule pretty much mapped out. She goes to bed around 8 or 9 and sleeps until about 330am eats, goes right back to sleep and then is up for the morning around 7. I can't complain; she has been a peach.
Her personality is starting to emerge, she is always smiley around 6 o'clock at night. Leify loves to get down on her play mat with her when she is having tummy time, and man, she loves him! He always gets big smiles and occasionally she even coos at him.
We feel so blessed to be the parents of these two beautiful little souls. They teach me so much, and continually improve me as an individual. I am so grateful that Heavenly Father has entrusted me with such an important task as raising these children.

Oh wow! I'm speechless she is so beautiful and I'm very sad I couldn't see her in her beautiful dress. You are an awesome mommy and I'm so glad she is doing sooo good. :)
ReplyDeleteShe is such a beauty. She does look like Leif but man has she got your incredible eyes. Both of your kiddos lucked out with those eyes. :) She looked darling in that dress and Leif did give her a very very sweet blessing. What a great daddy. :) I'm glad we were able to be there.
