Whitefish Montana

Leif and I went along for a business trip to Montana with my parents. Tim and Nicole also came and we had a blast. Instead of writing a ton about it, I'll just post a slide show and you can take it all in!! Most of the pictures in the slide show are Nicole's, so the kudos on the pics go to her!!

Silverwood

After meeting up with Tim and Nicole at the Airport and picket up our totally hot ride ( a mini-van) we headed towards Whitefish Montant. However, we saw something along the way that was too good to pass up!! Silverwood is right along the freeway; the rollercoasters looked like they could give us the excitement and neck pain we needed for a long sit in the car. We also ended up running into my two sisters and their families that were they too by chance! So we had a mini-10 minute family reunion in Silverwood! Ha!

Summer is Slowing Down

Our last big trip of the summer has come and gone. I will blog about our fun filled trip to Whitefish Montana in a bit. I thought I would share my favorite picture of the trip while I am blogging about that. Nicole took this one. Isn't my son gorgeous?!?!?

House Update

House Update

Our house is still chumming along, we had a minor setback, but that is to be expected I guess. If everything goes to plan (HAHA) the roof is *supposedly* supposed to be on August 19th. Holy Cow! I won't hold my breathe though. Here are some pictures that were taken Friday. They don't start working again until tomorrow. They have been taking a break since July 31st. Grr. Get to work already!!

A New Car!

After months and month of only having one vehicle we finally decided to get a new one. I sold my little 2 door Honda Civic Si in January and decided that since Leif worked here at home that it would be easy to just have the Truck. It worked out for awhile, but latley it seemed like we both needed to go somewhere at the same time in opposite directions.

Leif talked to a guy at Church who works for an Auto Auction. He was able to get us this new (to me atleast, it's a 2006) car for 6k less than it blue books. What a great guy to know, right?!?! I am in love with it!

Clark County Fair

While my nephews Cody and Ashton were in town I took them to the Fair. The were very helpful... they even got Leify dressed and ready to go! It took both of them to do it, but they figured it out ;)
My friends daughter was part of the "muttin' bustin'" So I went to go and cheer her on. The fair is always a fun experience. It was great having the Cody and Ashton around, they are growing up so fast. I know that this is what it is going to be like with Leify, and it kind of scares me! One minute they are playing with Pokemon and the next they are driving cars!!
